Tina is a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT Therapist), with full BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies) accreditation and uses a number of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Behavioural Activation, and Mindfulness.
She has many years of experience working within the mental health and therapy field and has specialised in the practice of CBT since 2010 when she completed her post graduate training at Southampton University.
Tina has worked at Wessex Health since 2014 after setting up her private practice. During this time she has successfully treated many people with a range of difficulties including Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Panic, Agoraphobia, Low Self-esteem, Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD).
